Refund Policy

At Kalawati Moti Mala, we are committed to high quality standards. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or defective, we have a limited refund policy as follows:

Timeframe for Refund: Refunds are only valid if the issue is reported within 3 days of the delivery of the product.

Requirements for Refund: A refund will only be processed if you purchased with a valid GST bill. If there is no GST bill, there is no refund.

Identification of Damage: In order to be reviewed a clear photo/photo of the damaged item, and invoice, must be sent.

Return State: Please return the item unused, original state and packaging.

No Refund: If a customer orders incorrectly, or does not receive on time due to the courier issues, or if product is used after delivery is made, we will not issue a refund.
