Product Authenticity: All of our products including Moti Malas and Barati Swagat Malas are handcrafted products and there may be slight variances in products due to handwork and characteristics of natural pearl.
Orders & Pricing: Subject to change without notice. Orders may only be confirmed after payment is made. Kalawati Moti Mala reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing or stock error.
Returns & Replacements: We do not accept returns (as we sell traditional wedding items) but we will replace any items damaged or incorrect provided notice is made within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery timelines: We will endeavor to fulfill your orders by the PARTNER disposal date however, we cant control delays in delivery as it may be due to logistics or unforeseen conditions.
Intellectual property: Everything from content to product designs are proprietary to Kalawati Moti Mala, and reproduction of any sort after your purchase is prohibited.
